Shuttle Transportation Schedule

Due to ongoing construction at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center, our host hotel has arranged complimentary shuttle transportation for affected guests. Each hotel will have its own dedicated shuttle running every 15 minutes.

Accessible transportation is available separately, as these shuttles operate independently from the hotel shuttles. Please see below for specific details on each hotel's shuttle service and accessible transport options.

Shuttles will run on 15-minute intervals on continuous loops from Saint Kate, Fairfield, and Marriott.

The designated shuttle drop-off and pick-up location at the convention center is the entrance at Vel R. Phillips Avenue and Wells Street.

You do not need to specifically request ADA access, as accessible transportation will circle through all three hotels. However, to request specific ADA transportation, please call the above number for assistance.

Tracking Shuttles & Coordination

Each hotel will have a QR code posted at the designated pick-up spot, allowing attendees to track shuttle locations and estimated arrival times.

For added convenience, a AccuTrans greeter/dispatcher will be stationed at the Baird Center drop-off point to assist with onsite coordination and ensure smooth travel between hotels and the convention center.
