Leadership Application

Did you know that AMKE's staff is made up completely of dedicated volunteers? From con chair to registration and everything in between, we are a 100% volunteer organization. Whether you have skills in a field or just want to see what goes on under the hood, we're always looking for new people to join the team!

General Staff Applications

General staff applications are now OPEN for AMKE 2027!

Staff Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old by March 5, 2027.

    • Management applicants must be at least 21 years old by convention date.

  • Must be available Friday-Sunday including set up and tear down, with opportunities for work on Wednesday and Thursday based on the department you are accepted to join.

  • Must be able to attend meetings that are deemed mandatory for all staff.

  • Must read and respond to emails

  • Must adhere to Anime Milwaukee Staff Code of Conduct at all times

Travel Reimbursement

Everyone is eligible as long as they are more than 350 miles (driving) away from the convention
- Reimbursement will be made in the following amounts
- $400 for plane
- $240 for train
- Reimbursement based off of receipts for gas
- Reimbursement must be submitted before the last day of con
- Reimbursements will be processed within 30 days post con
