Got a free hour while attending the con? Friends promised to meet up but suddenly disappeared due to bad time management? Just want to sit down and take a load off from the crowds and craziness while doing something a little less high energy?

Drop by our gaming department! Whether it’s card games, board games, old fashioned roleplay, or traditional Japanese and Chinese board gaming, we’re ready to entertain. Test your decks in our card game tournaments, join a draft, or pick up and learn a new board game.

This year AMKE is proud to be providing you the full might of the Gencon Games Library – leveraging a massive collection of games to be played in our open area. Whether you’ve brought your own or would like to check something out, we will have staff available at all hours of the day.

Pick up something familiar, or request to be taught something new, we welcome the curious and encourage you to learn from the vast library and our experienced board game sommeliers. If you’d like to make any plans ahead of time for what to check out, feel free to look at their extensive catalogue!
