Masquerade Judge: Hylian Cream
Hylian is a master level craftsmanship costumer based in Southern California that has been awarded for their craftsmanship and performances over the past 6 years of competing. Besides sewing costumes they are a sewing educator that teaches classes at their local sewing shop.
