Registration Help

General

  • Anime Milwaukee no longer offers after-hours onsite registration. 

    While you may still purchase a membership online, you must obtain a physical membership for entry to the event. 

    In the event you arrive to Anime Milwaukee after registration is closed, and you do not have a membership, you will not be able to enter the event. This includes any late-night activities, such as Nocturnal Underground or Club AMKE. 

  • Yes! We are now allowing people to pre-register for their single day membership starting September 1st. 

    Please note though that single day memberships do not qualify for mailing and can only be picked up on the day that it is valid. The exception is Friday memberships which can also be picked up on Thursday (if pre-registered online).

  • ACS and Anime Milwaukee take no responsibility for memberships that are unfairly sold or not delivered. Transferring memberships to another person is not allowed.

  • Anime Milwaukee provides a limited number of free weekend memberships through VetTix.org. Qualified military members will need to verify their military status through their website to sign up. 

    Please read the information provided by VetTix for how to sign up and how memberships are distributed. Any issues with the VetTix website should be reported to VetTix through their support channel.

    Anime Milwaukee does not have access to your VetTix account.

    Information on obtaining a membership for AMKE 2026 will be published at a later date.

  • We require your legal name during registration, as your government ID must match the name you registered with when picking up your membership.

    No names are printed on the membership itself. There is a blank space on the membership to write in your name, username, etc. at registration.

  • If you've lost your membership identification, or forgot it at home, there's nothing to worry about! Replacement memberships can be purchased for half of the Full Weekend membership price during registration hours. 

    Make sure to bring your QR code and photo ID, and head to the Managers Station inside Registration. You do not need to wait in the general pick-up line. Registration Management will be able to assist you with obtaining a new membership identification.

  • Anime Milwaukee does not offer memberships for singular events or locations, such as Exhibit Hall, Nocturnal Underground, or Club AMKE. You must purchase a full weekend membership or single day membership and pick up your badge in order to access any of those events.

    We do not offer group discounts/registration at the door.

    • Yes, at the time of purchase online.

    • Orders that do not choose the mailing option can still pick up their membership identification at the convention. We have extended our Thursday registration hours to begin at Noon and run until 10 PM.

    • Single day memberships do not qualify for mailing. They will need to be picked up in Registration on the day it is valid.

    • Orders after February 1st will not have a mailing option. Memberships will have to be picked up in Registration during their open hours.

Refunds / Transfers

  • Once a membership has been purchased it is non-refundable.

    • What if I accidentally bought my membership twice?

      • Please contact the registration team using the contact form on this page.

    • What if a guest cancels?

      • We do understand that sometimes guests cancel and that is usually out of our control. We cannot provide a refund for any membership(s) purchased if a guest cancels their appearance. 

  • Sorry, but Anime Milwaukee memberships cannot be transferred to another person.

Membership Mailing

  • General Membership Mailing

    General membership mailing is available again! You can purchase membership mailing during the check-out process only; it cannot be added-on after purchase at this time. Memberships will be mailed to the purchaser, with the address that is entered at check out. If you need to update the address where your badges are shipped, please contact us using the Contact Form and the Registration team will assist you.

    VIP Membership Mailing

    For VIP members, your membership will be shipped to you prior to the convention as long as your memberships are purchased prior to the mailing cutoff date. Check the registration details for the cutoff date, as it varies every year. Usually, it is 6-8 weeks prior to the convention.

  • Sorry, currently memberships can only be mailed within the United States.

  • Sorry, only membership mailing can be added at the time of the order. We are unable to add it as an option after the order is completed.

At-Con

  • Major credit/debit cards and tap to pay accepted onsite. Cash and checks are not accepted onsite. For more information, please see our Cashless Announcement.

  • If you would like to pick up a membership for a friend or family member, you will need to bring a copy of the person's QR code to show at registration.

    Please note the following requirements:

    • You MAY pick up another person's membership if they were purchased together in the same order with a government ID and that person's QR code.

    • You MAY NOT pick up a person's membership with their QR code if it was NOT purchased at the same time, in the same order.
