Guest Announcement: Kataoka
Kataoka is a music producer and DJ based out of the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in the fusion between anime music, J-pop, and electronic dance music. Since 2022, he has steadily made a name for himself in the Bay Area's Anikura (Anime Club) scene, performing at both local anime-oriented dance events, and anime conventions such as FanimeCon and Anime Expo. With a wide range of influences ranging from J-Pop acts such as Ado and Yoasobi, to EDM acts such as Knock2 and ISOxo, Kataoka wears his influences on his sleeve, mixing and mashing up his favorite anime, J-Pop, and Vocaloid tracks to house, dubstep, and trap beats.
