Vaccine Policy

Proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test is no longer required for Anime Milwaukee 2024.

Mask Policy

Masks are no longer required for Anime Milwaukee 2024.
We respect everyone's individual choices and continue to support the idea that both vaccines and masks are effective and helpful protection. We understand that some of you may choose to continue these precautions. As a reminder, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, including regarding an individual's choice to wear a mask. Our top priority is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
Guests of Honor may require that masks be worn when interacting in close proximity to the Guest at their discretion.

What does this change for the convention?

These policies affect all ECPS/Anime Milwaukee event space, including the Baird Center, Formal Ball dance, and Club AMKE events in the Hilton Milwaukee City Center. These policies do not apply to hotels or the exterior premises of the Baird Center.

Appropriate face masks will not be required upon entry and inside ECPS/Anime Milwaukee event space.

Anime Milwaukee badges are required for all event rooms.

General Policy FAQ

+ What is the screening process at con for vaccination or negative COVID-19 test?

Anime Milwaukee is no longer requiring proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test with our updated 2024 policy.

+ Will these requirements possibly be rescinded or reinstated?

These may be re-evaluated depending on the recommendations of public health officials closer to the convention date.

+ Will there be COVID-19 testing available onsite?

Testing will not be available onsite during the event.

+ Will there be attendance capacity limitations?

There will not be capacity limitations for the event.

+ Will panel rooms have capacity limitations?

There will not be capacity limitations for the event.

There are no social distancing requirements for the event, although encouraged.

+ Will there be free hand sanitizer available?

Hand sanitizer stations will be available in the Baird Center and the Hilton Milwaukee City Center.

+ Can I get a refund on my registration?

Per our Registration page, once a badge has been purchased it is non-refundable, but we do allow the transfer of badge ownership to any individual of the original purchasers choosing.
