Upon arrival at the Wisconsin Center, all attendees will be required to provide acceptable proof of vaccination or an acceptable negative COVID-19 test as described on our COVID-19 Information Page. Upon verification of proof, attendees will be given a wristband to be worn at all times while in Anime Milwaukee programming spaces. These include all areas of the Wisconsin Center and the Hilton Milwaukee City Center’s Crystal Ballroom and Empire Ballroom during the Formal Ball and Club AMKE.

Vaccine/Negative Test checks will be operating during pre-registration hours at 7:00 PM, Thursday, February 10, 2022, then again starting Friday, February 11, 2022, at 8:00 AM when Registration begins, continuing through Registration hours all weekend. There will be two checkpoints open at street level entrances, both at the Vel R. Phillips Ave & Wells St. entrance and Vel R. Phillips Ave. & Wisconsin Ave (main entrance), as well as one checkpoint open on the second floor at the end of the Hilton Skywalk, just past the Rotunda. Once the security team has verified your proof of vaccination or negative test, you will be given a wristband that should remain on you at all times while you are in AMKE spaces.

In addition to vaccine verification, the security entrance teams will also be performing prop checks at the same locations and times. AMKE strongly encourages you to bring your props to be checked when you first arrive to avoid possible wait times!
