Tokyo-based music producer banvox released his debut album Intense Electro Disco on the online label Maltine Records in 2011, and it was downloaded 4,000 times in 2 days.

In 2012, his digital EP INSTINCT DAZZLING STARLIGHT EP released on Surfer Rosa Records in the UK and debuted at #2 on the Beatport chart, the largest dance music distributor in the US. The EP has been praised by David Guetta, Avicii, Dirtyloud, BBC Asian Network, and others, and has since been remixed by a number of international artists.

He has since been remixing for a number of international artists.

In 2014, banvox was selected as one of the iTunes New Artists 2014, and each single he has released since then has reached #1 on the iTunes Japan Dance/Electronic Chart.

His first CD, Watch Me Dance, was released exclusively at Tower Records, and was selected as a featured title in Tower Records Men. In the same month, he performed with Skrillex at his Club Gig in Japan.

His first full-length album Don't Wanna Be was released in December, 2014, and reached No. 1 on the iTunes Japan Dance Chart and No. 4 on the iTunes Japan Chart.

In February, 2015, he produced the music for the Google Android commercial Jibun o Omochiwo Omochiri. The song reached No. 1 on the Shazam Japan Chart. In May of that year, banvox made his major label debut with the song Summer / New Style with Warner Music Japan, which swept the iTunes Japan Dance Chart at No. 1 and No. 2. In November, he was in charge of the music for his second Google Android commercial. The commercial song, Watch Me, was No. 1 on Beatport Dubstep Chart, iTunes Japan Dance Chart, and Shazam Japan Chart, achieving a triple crown of success.

Regarding live performances, banvox performed at Ultra Korea, Ultra Europe, and other international events. At Ultra Korea, he reunited with Skrillex and was praised for his performance and music.

He performed at one of Japan's largest festivals, Fuji Rock Festival 2015 in July. On New Year's Eve, banvox performed at COUNTDOWN JAPAN 15/16 to close out the year.

In April, 2016, he produced the music for Mode Gakuen's new commercial, and from May, he released a series of solo works and provided exclusive music for the Red Bull Summer Edition Music Playlist.

In July, he participated in another one of Japan's largest music festivals, Rock in Japan, and in September, he performed on the main stage at Ultra Japan for the third year in a row.

In February, 2017, banvox produced two consecutive videos introducing PlayStation 4 game titles, the first of which received 1.7 million views within a month of its release. The second video received over 2 million views within a month of its release. In March, he released a concept album, Take No Defeat, which reached No. 4 on the iTunes Japan Chart. In the same month, the album was also featured in the Toyota TV Commercial FIND U-Car P.V., and in the same month, the song Everlasting was produced for the same YouTube page. The YouTube version of the song has been viewed more than 1 million times in less than a month.

In August, banvox released his new album called Roller Coaster, which is a compilation of songs that had been performed at his previous live shows and had been eagerly awaited by fans.

In December, 2017, he appeared in a TV commercial for Taisho Pharmaceutical's Lipovitan D, for which he also wrote the music.

In 2018, he participated in Yasutaka Nakata's first album Digital Native with the collaboration song Level Up feat. banvox. He also participated in m-flo's remix album BACK2THEFUTURETHEALBUM with m-flo loves melody. & Ryohei Yamamoto / miss you (banvox remix).

Banvox's music has been played by The Chainsmokers, Porter Robinson, Madeon, Getter, and many other prominent international artists, proving its high quality and notoriety.

Banvox's cutting-edge music transcends the oceans and continues to spread to every corner of the globe.
