Register – General Admission
Anime Milwaukee (AMKE) welcomes you to another fantastic year! To enter the convention and enjoy it to the fullest, you must purchase a convention badge. Your badge enables you to see everything around the convention and identifies you as part of Anime Milwaukee. Your purchased badge is good for the entire weekend of the convention.

- Thursday: 6 PM to 10 PM
- Friday: 9 AM to 10 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM to 10 PM
- Sunday: 9 AM to 1 PM
LOCATION
Wisconsin Center – Hall D (3rd Floor)
Directions: Take the escalators up 2 floors to the 3rd floor. Walk forward and the entrance to Hall D will be on your left.
Take the Elevators next to the escalators along Vel R. Phillips Ave. When you get off, turn left and walk straight. Hall D will be on your left.
After Dec. 31, tickets will only be purchasable with the pick-up option.
Badge Mailing closes on Dec. 31, 2019 11:59 PM CST.

General badges for 1 Day for people age 13 and older. Valid until 11:59PM. See FAQ for details.

This gets you a Friday (1-Day) badge for AMKE 2020 that you will pick up in the Pre-Registration line at the convention on Friday, Feb 14th!
General Saturday

This gets you a Saturday (1-Day) badge for AMKE 2020 that you will pick up in the Pre-Registration line at the convention on Saturday, Feb 15th!

SKIP A LINE, SAVE SOME TIME
Did you forget to pre-register for Anime Milwaukee? Have no fear! If you have a smartphone or tablet, you can access the Anime Milwaukee website when you arrive at the convention and order your 1-day badge online via EventBrite starting Saturday, February 1, 2020. You can skip the pay stations and go straight to the badge pickup line. We will print your badge for you, and you’ll be ready to enjoy everything the convention has to offer!
VIP and group registration are not available at the door. Eligible groups must have submitted their group registration before the pre-registration cutoff date and been confirmed by the Registration team.
FAQ
What arrives with a mailed badge?
Mailed badges will include a plastic weekend (3-Day) badge and a welcome letter from the Anime Milwaukee con chair.
We do not mail lanyards. Please pick up a free lanyard (while supplies last) in Registration located in Wisconsin Center – Hall D (3rd floor).
Can I buy badges at the door?
Yes, you can buy your badges at the door. Go up to the 3rd floor of the Wisconsin Center (easiest way is to take the escalators up) and follow the signs to Registration. You can pay with cash or credit card.
Can I buy a badge after Registration is closed?

Getting in late and couldn’t buy your badge during Registration hours? Buy your badge at Con Ops (open 24 hours)! Credit card only.
LOCATION: Hilton Milwaukee 4th floor – Walker (Con Ops), accessible via the Hilton Skywalk or across the street from the Wisconsin Center.
NOTE: Con Ops is unable to assist with pre-registrations (badge pickup), those must be picked up during Registration’s open hours if badges were not mailed to you ahead of the convention.
What’s the refund policy?
Once a badge has been purchased it is non-refundable, but we do allow the transfer of badge ownership to any individual of the original purchasers choosing. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding in this policy.
We do understand that sometimes guests cancel and that is usually out of our control. We cannot provide a refund for any badge(s) purchased if a guest cancels their appearance.
When do mailed badges get mailed?
Mailed badges begin mailing out mid-January, which is about a month before the convention. We will post on our social media outlets to announce badge mailing.
Badges are mailed individually in separate envelopes. This means that each badge might arrive within 7 days apart and might arrive at different times. Please use the below instructions if the rest of your badges do not arrive within a week of the first badge.
If you ordered your badge after January 3, 2020, your badge is automatically pick up at-con. If this isn’t the case, please email business@animemilwaukee.org with your legal name, email that you used to purchase it, confirmation number from your Eventbrite confirmation email, and describing your situation. It may take up to 3-5 business days for a response.
Can I sell my badge to someone else?
While we do not like the idea of selling badges, we are fully aware that certain circumstances are out of our control and life events happen which make it so that you or someone in your group cannot attend.
The reselling of badges is allowed only if the badge does not exceed the maximum registration amount (a door price) for any ticket. Please do not scalp tickets for higher than they are worth. We want to make this policy so that we can better help our attendees and by doing that, we need everyone to be fair and understanding.
ECPS and Anime Milwaukee take no responsibility for badges that are unfairly sold or not delivered. So if you buy a badge, make sure it is someone you can trust. We recommend paying with PayPal (goods & services) for a safe transaction.
Can I transfer my badge?
Yes, this is allowed. You can officially transfer your badges to any person(s) of your choosing on your Eventbrite account or contact us about a transfer at business@animemilwaukee.org.
How do I get Group badges / rate?
Group badges are only accessible through the group ticketing option. The minimum purchase is 15. Save your group some $$ by registering together!
Eligible groups must have submitted their group registration before the pre-registration cutoff date and been confirmed by the Registration team.
What do I need to pick up my badge?
Please bring a photo ID and preferably a copy of your email receipt on your phone or printed out.
If you would like to pick up a badge for a friend or family member, you will need to bring a copy of the person’s email receipt to show to registration.
I forgot my badge at home or lost it?
You can get a replacement badge at Registration for half price ($30). Just show a copy of your email receipt or photo ID and explain your situation to Registration staff.
How long does a 1-day badge last?
Per AMKE policy, one-day passes expire at midnight. If you have a one-day pass and are already at an event in progress, (such as Club AMKE) you are welcome to stay and enjoy it in full.
Do you have passes available just for the exhibit hall or rave?
No, we do not. In order to access Anime Milwaukee events and rooms, you must have an Anime Milwaukee badge. We suggest buying a Sunday one-day pass as the most affordable option for the exhibit hall or a Saturday one-day pass for Nocturnal Underground (rave).

Is the VIP+ Cocktail Hour an 18+ event?
It is all ages.
When and Where is VIP+ Cocktail Hour?
It is Friday night. Time and location is in your welcome packet that arrived with your VIP+ badge. If you have questions, please ask Customer Service in Registration and they’ll be happy to help.
Does VIP/VIP+ have any special lines or privileges during the general AMKE Autograph Sessions?
No, VIP+ and VIP will not be given special admittance to any general autograph session during the convention weekend to ensure that as many people are allowed into the autograph lines as possible. Everyone deserves equal facetime. Special programming has been scheduled for VIP+ and VIP badge holders outside of general autograph sessions.

VIP Autographs Session (VIP+ or VIP badge required) is February 15, 2020 @ 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm in Wisconsin Center, First floor in Autographs (Ballroom D). Below are the guests during this session:

One item for each guest. If there is time at the end you will be allowed through again.

Did you know that our staff are made up completely of dedicated volunteers? Many of these individuals are professionals in similar fields as those that they supply to Anime Milwaukee, but there dedication and love for the Anime Milwaukee and you, our attendees, is just a calling sparked in each one of them. Panels
Panel submissions for 2020 is AVAILABLE UNTIL NOVEMBER 30, 2019.
We’re looking for all kinds of events:
- Workshops and Demos
- Educational and Historical Panels
- Show-centered Fan Events
- Kids Events
- Socials and meetups
- Something else we didn’t think of! Surprise us!
You can get reimbursed for up to 2 badges! Our variety and quality of panels depend on various community members submitting ideas, so apply away.
Last year, our panel applications were available from August to November. Acceptance emails were sent out around the end of December.

Anime Milwaukee welcomes publications and media to come and see what we are all about. We provide our Press with accommodations not seen at many other convention events such as exclusive guest interview sessions, media kits and more!
